The exercises I do intend to try out. I just wanted a lot more examples on recognizing a persons gifts. Especially with Clairesentience, there was only about a paragraph on the subject; which is where I feel I have most of my gifts as a empath. That was a big disappointment for me. This book can be read in a day if ur not busy two if u are depends on how much time u have. It is a okay start but I feel like I received a lot of this information through YouTube videos it makes me feel like someone just put the content in the book but not that much emphasis on each subject because if they were there would be more pages.
