I struggled with what size to get. I purchased the "XS/S" being a size 2-4 at 5'6 and 127 pounds. I am usually a small or xtra small in most womens tops and a size 2-4 in pants (26-27 waist size). I can wear the robe just fine, but it doesn't overlap very much around my body so there is not much 'coverage' when I sit down like I am used to in a robe.
