The scared one sniffed it and went in immediately. She’s been in there for about an hour and seems to love it. She is a phantom black mini Bernedoodle and you can barely see her. I called her to come out and she wouldn’t budge. We look the gray look too, very nice looking as opposed to some of those cheap ones. If you are on the fence…buy it. We love it so far. And it does have toggles at the bottom for a better fit and zippers for the handle on top as well as the 2 pieces that you can roll up. And toggles hold that too. It was easy to put on and my dogs absolutely love it. Most times they would be non stop barking but now they feel nice, cozy, and warm since it’s very cold currently. The fabric is sturdy and I like the fact it has zippers so if my dog is particularly anxious I can completely enclose him for a few minutes to I calm down. If your dog is a chewer I can’t say how well it will hold up tho if you put it in right I think it would be pretty hard to chew.
