I've only been taking it once as needed if I'm stressed because it's supposed to ASSIST you with stress. Remember to avoid dependency of needing it to cope.

**Q: This product uses corn Ethanol (an oxidizer) as an extractor and two fillers. Of the 180 caps,18 grams, 2/3rds are fillers. Is this worth it??**

I wanted to try this supplement in an attempt to replace my ADHD meds. Initially I felt no difference day to day. However, after taking this consistently, I've noticed that I wasn't getting frustrated or overwhelmed as easily at work. I really loved this supplement, but I had to stop taking it because it gave me chest tightness and pain. I experimented and took a break from polygala, after including it again in my daily stack the chest pain returned. Really sad that this didn't work out for me.
