Do both have microphones?** A: Thank you for your question. Please note that you can take calls only via right side earbud, and this is intended to be. It is a common feature and It’s a result of how the Bluetooth connection is handled between separate earpieces. We actually design to use either earbud for mono mode but canceled eventually. Because either side has a Bluetooth chipset, we want to avoid the confusion among three-point connection. So we decided to preset the two earbuds together, which means there's a master and a slave, the left earbud is not available to connect with devices on purpose. In that way, when you take the earbuds out of the case, the left side will connect to right automatically, and only master(right earbuds) is showed in Bluetooth menu. Thus to simplify all the connection, which we called push n go. Only the right side could be used as a mono mode. If not, you need to manually set up left and right before pairing with devices.
