I'm a sucker for any product that advertises keeping your insulin levels low because I believe that's a key to staying healthy. It's hard to say if they're working to keep insulin down, but I have noticed dropping a pound while eating in a way that didn't warrant extra weight loss. My weight is stubborn so that's a pretty big indicator for me, although any supplement that lowers your insulin is probably worth getting regardless of whether your weight changes. I am planning to get a second bottle because I believe it deserves some extra time and will update in another few weeks!
