Previously, I had to use a scented puppy spray with the other wee pad but now do not need to spray anything with this scented one. I've been very pleased with these wee pads. Unfortunately, my dog is alone quite a bit while I am out at work and since she was never crate-trained as a puppy ( I only got her from a shelter at age 18 months), I use the pads for her to take care of her needs. The plain pads with a strong fragrant odor did not entice her to use them at all. These pads have done the trick! Thanks for a really good product. I have found that my dog does prefer these type of pads over other types. I have tried quite a few others. My dog is a Shi Chi and anyone that ever owned one will know they are very picky. Alot of times its raining outside and thats when these pads come in. My dog thinks he is made of sugar and he thinks he will melt i guess and refuses to go outside in the rain. I did notice that the pads are extremely absorbant. The last brand that I tried was so thin that when changing the pad I wondered if there was going to be spillage. These have a large capacity for liquids. One thing also is when they are used its hard to see from a distance if its time to change it or not. To me the ideal pad would change color like from blue to purple or such after it was used. The coloring would make it easier to see. These pads are so absorbant that its not readily visible that the pad has even been used. For dog attraction these type of pre scented pads are above and beyond the other brands.
