Especially since we have hard wood floors. My baby plays on it for hours. He has fallen backwards on it and not screamed and cried because he got hurt, I noticed it is a little thicker mat than the rest. There is a few down falls to it. We had a toy sitting on it and a neighbor kid who is learning how to walk ended up falling on the toy and it has some holes in it. Then next days I realized it got messed up in another place from unknown reason. Also the alphabet side has like japenese or Chinese symbols on it, which is totally fine. But when I got it I realized it doesn’t go in order the alphabet is set up in panels a few letters then it goes down a row and gives few more letters. Overall this was totally worth my money because it has helped my baby with tummy time in the living room and I’m very happy that I bought it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does its job *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2019* Its perfect in the way that it does what it is suppose to do. I have it under my Grandkids play yard it it protects them from the hard floor, however it is very thin ( I guess the image made me believe it was thicker than it was but that is my fault for not reading the specifications as I was only interested in how big it was. My only fear is that if one of my cats or grandkids pick at it, that it will easily make a hole. So far so good. It is great for the price. Also I am not a big fan of the print on either side. I was really hoping to see the entire alphabet but its like they mass print and cut. It folds very easily and comes with a carrying/traveling bag with handles. Although I have other mats, this one is the best for using outside of our home.
