Has alot of room, 3x even looked a little big on me but that's how I feel it should look, I'm a strong man type powerlifter. 5'7 and my weight fluctuates between 230 and 280. My chest measurement is about 52" for reference. Buy a different headband though. There were a few loose strings that I cut off and the neck wont stay up by itself. Also I have a large head and couldn't comfortably walk around with it zipped all the way up.
