I suspect it will make rhe laminate sticky over time as this is designed to replenish the wood surface. I suspect there are better laminate cleaners. **Q: Do you wet the mop with water and then zquirt this on the floor and use the wet mop to spread it? I have 2 huge dogs and this cleans up no problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells amazing, gentle solution *by L***A on 11 August 2026* Bought this as we just moved into a house with original 1950s parquet and I wasn’t sure if it would be the right thing to use, but it was cheap enough and I liked the idea of it smelling of almonds and being made from natural products, which is supposedly making it more environmentally friendly. As it’s not concentrated, I squeeze this directly onto the flat mop head to prevent wet spots on the wood and mop gently after hoovering. It dries quickly and smells amazing. I haven’t noticed any shine on the wood after using. It could be the wood is older and we don’t know what it was treated with historically that it doesn’t make all that much difference. I was surprised that it was compatible with the flooring, I tested a small area first, and I have also used it to wipe down other woodwork in the house. In terms of cleanliness though, I can’t speak for how much it’s actually doing. We have to be gentle with the flooring until we can get it sanded and re-sealed, so I don’t scrub hard or anything. My hope is that it is providing some level of disinfection and making it cleaner than it was, at the very least. It won’t work miracles and it’s not an oil so won’t hydrate wood or anything like that, but it does smell incredible and is gentle enough I can use it weekly without worry.
