The keyfinders themselves are fine. A bit on the bulky side, but I was willing to make that tradeoff because they had replaceable batteries. The beeping noise is plenty loud.But the cellphone app is complete trash. It was clearly written on the cheap. You can only connect the keyfinder to one phone, but once you connect it to the phone, there is no way to remove it from your phone (i.e. to add it to a different phone) except by removing and re-installing the app. When I couldn't find my keys this morning, I opened the app to set off the keyfinder alarm and the app wouldn't connect to the keyfinder (my keys, unbeknownst to me, were in the same room as the phone when I was trying to connect). With a better app, these keyfinders would be fine. But I cannot recommend this product. ### ⭐ I found 5 problems. Sad... this could've been a good device *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2019* First, the printed instructions differ from instructions in the app. Even worse, neither is quite correct. Followed both instruction sets, in turn and neither worked. Finally got one tile to connect after systematic attempts to pairHurray! got one connected. Put key in living room, walked thru dining room, kitchen and out to Rec room. Used app to select "search". I heard the beeping and found the keys even though my daughter snuck in behind me and moved them to a different spot (little stinker). HOWEVER, i bought a 4-pack. Trying to set up the other tiles and app won;t allow me to. Instead of the home screen, it immediately jumps to the search for device screen. I've tried several options and can't get past this issue. Plus, it keeps crashing and reports that the "Unfortunately iProSearch has stopped". I've tried restarting the program. FAIL. I've restarted my phone and tried the app again. FAIL. I bought the 4-pack, do I need 3 extra cell phones to use the other 3 tiles?!Problem 3: Testing the one that is connected. Check location history - Google Maps is the default app selected by the program. So i tap the icon for location and (drum roll) - "This page can't load Goggle Maps correctly." What?!?Problem 4: This app has ZERO need for and ZERO business asking for (1) the ability to access my microphone to record data. (2) The ability to access my camera to take pictures. (3) the ability to read and modify my SD card. etc. etc. The ONLY purpose for getting these access rights is so you can mine (steal) personal information and monetize it to your advantage.If the app was good, allowed me to pair multiple devices , stopped crashing and didn't demand access to half the functions and all the info on my phone - I'd give it 4 or 5 stars. But I can only give it a 1-star rating and suggest people either look elsewhere, or maybe buy with the expectation this is 1-tile per 1-phone situation. Looking to see if the company provides any feedback to correct issues that are my fault in implementing them. You'll see an update in this review if they do.
