Having said that, we experienced an nightmarish problem when measuring resistance and the values were off by more than 50%. Then we checked with an old Fluke multimeter and everything was fine. Probably we were not lucky and got a measuring unit that was faulty. But one thing to appreciate was that the Sigma Instruments people refunded immediately, without kicking a fuss. Normally the bargain starts with "we will replace the unit" and so on.
