In reality poor quality *by A***R on 26 October 2015* Firstly, I do appreciate that manufacture defects do happen and I may have just been unlucky.My pair came out of the packaging with a loose pivot rivet causing the shears to warp when trying to cut though thicknesses of material they should be able to handle. I have also noticed that the top blade is oddly 4mm shorter than it should be meaning use of the tip portion for cutting is inferior to other pairs of medical shears I own. The fluoride coating wears quickly but Ive seen this before in others so have come to expect it.In case not stated in the sellers description, these are made in China. A fact that doesn't necessarily mean low quality these days but some may like to know.In short, they were a waste of money and I would not recommend them. I have other far less expensive shears that out perform these in every way. I wish I had sent them back at the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrived quickly, 5 year warrenty *by D***N on 11 February 2014* Very nice product, given 4 stars as only had a little while. 5 year warranty gives you some idea how the manufacturers trust their production methods and quality control. Cuts through cotton based cloth with ease. Perfectly suitable for cutting through most clothing material. I have yet to try and leather / bikers clothing.
