But after 1 wearing and 1 hand washing the small plastic clip that fastens the strap to the front broke. It is made of cheap, thin, plastic. After several hours searching the web I came across the Texeresilk.com website and decided to order the Silk Nightgown and Robe Set - Royal Peacocks - 100% Silk, Hand Painted Women's Nightwear. The set was duly delivered in what she described as a `beautiful box'. Unfortunately, I failed to notice that I had ordered a small size whereas she needed a larger size. I wrote to Texere explaining the problem and received a most cordial reply asking me to get my friend to return the small sized outfit and they would then exchange it, which they did.When my friend received and tried on the robe and nightgown she sent me the following e-mail......"Texere's silk nightgown and robe ensemble is as incredibly comfortable as it luxurious. both the robe and the nightgown are quite generously sized. the silk is soothing to the skin and surprisingly warm in winter. of course, the chinese-style hand-painted flora and fauna enhances the overall beauty of this ensemble, and it is certainly a pleasure to own and wear this work of art."I therefore consider that Texere is one of the best companies I have dealt with and have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars both for their products and their customer relations.Geoff,Somerset.
