It is my go to mask 2 times per week and my skin is noticeable plumper from just a few times and I have added it my weekly routine and notice a significant difference in my skin not being dry and fine lines gone. I take care of my skin and have a healthy diet too but this is a great mask that delivers a lot of moisture and skin plumping and of product in each packet that can cover other parts of your body. I typically need intense moisture from thick creams or aquaphor wax. Whenever I need a pick me up, I put this on until it dries,take it off and then use whatever liquid is left in the packet and pat that into my skin. Skin feels bouncy and dewy.
