I got them for a trip to Pennsylvania in February and they kept my baby's feet nice and warm and dry in the snow. The fit was perfect for her at 4.5 she is currently 20 months old. The grips work well on the sole of the shoe and my toddler didn't have any issues walking in the ice snow. Size 11 - My little is 2.5 years old and currently wears a size 9 shoe - Based on the size chart (sizes run much smaller than other toddler shoes I have ordered) I looked at a pair of recently purchased shoes that fit and ordered based on the size chart of the boots and ended up getting an 11 in white.
