For whatever reason, even though I don't mind spending good money on knives used to prep, it just didn't make sense to me to spend that same kind of coin on a set of steak knives. Call me a weirdo, I know.When I first opened the box they ship in, it really looks like they are making an effort to be a fancier set than they actually are. If the box were higher quality, I would have thought that these are those $100 sets of knives. They are absolutely beautiful! Taking a knife out, it has a good feel, not at all flimsy. After reading A LOT of reviews, I decided to try these and am so glad I did.They came very nicely packaged with plastic tips protecting the blades. They are very sharp!
