I'm 5'10 180, athletic build. Medium shirts have always fit me well, and this medium felt like an extra small. Also the buttons were pretty loose, my chest would literally pop them out of the holes haha.Anyway, I'm returning the shirt and I'll update my review if I end up with a larger size. I like the color and design, it's exactly as pictured.Something to note: there is some Japanese or Chinese tags on this shirt which may indicate it's sizing is according to their frame. I know they are a smaller people, so make sure to order a size or two up from what you normally wear. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool shirt but body tight fit *by L***N on October 24, 2017* I really like the color and lines of this shirt. It looks good. But the material is obviously not of the finest quality. Also, I can definitely sense a future need for changing buttons on this shirt because they're bound to fall off at some point. Worn once and the buttons are sort of loose.This shirt is also a body hugging fit, so choose the sizing appropriately.
