There were 20 different colors/finishes, as advertised. There was anywhere between 33 and 65 of each color, but it was a pretty even distribution of colors. I will use these for stitch markers while knitting, and I won’t be opening and closing the pins, so the sturdiness isn’t too big of a factor for me. They do seem to be good quality, though, with a smooth finish so they shouldn’t snag my yarn while I’m working. Both seem heavy enough for years of use. My wife carries them in her knitting bag and has never had them spill.The colors are bright and cheery and stand out in her knitting. They are light enough not to weigh down the fabric, and slide easily on her needles.The pins are easy to open and close, and hold securely once closed.They do seem a bit thin, and the paint is wearing off a couple of them, but overall, the number received for the price makes this a phenomenal deal. We will probably order more in the future, if she needs them.
