How do I use it?** A: I just guessed on how to use it. I used the sponge to apply the product on an antique rocking chair with some leather padding on the seat and on the back. I hesitated at first because we paid several hundreds of dollars for the chair, but the leather was pretty unsightly. It actually worked very nicely. Not as well as in the ads I saw on Facebook, but it really is so much better. The sponge rinsed out nicely. I let it air dry. I also tried it on a vinyl chair and it didn’t work at all. I did take several weeks for it to arrive. I actually forgot I ordered it! **Q: Just wondering. Am I the only one that get ripped off buying this product?** A: It took almost 2 months to receive mine. I finally got it and the product is expired. This is a scam. No response on refund. Amazon needs to drop this seller. **Q: No instructions with this product. Cannot seem to get an answer from service center. Anyone have instructions?** A: No we STILL haven't received the product! **Q: I think this stuff could be a rip off? the instructions on the can are in japanese, chinese or something ese? no idea. did not cover up scratches.** A: It does not work....it is a scam! I went back online to see if I could find directions and found some with the product advertising. I followed the directions that said dip sponge into wax then rub onto leather, then wipe off with soft cloth. It did clean the leather, however, my leather couch is in no better shape than when I started out.
