I just recieved mines! The strap for your head is certainly not friendly! If you’re a grown adult this is not for you. Product is nice, the strap that goes around your head is way too short. I had high hopes for the Low Boxing Ball. My observations:1. The headband was too short for this adult's head; and could only be used by adding a velcro extender.2. The adjustable feature is great; but, given the additional "snap" of an elastic ribbon - as opposed to the conventional elastic cord - this is probably not a good device for anyone who is not experienced.3. Again, because the elastic ribbon is adjusted with a metal slider; unless one never misses; it's likely that you're going to get hit on a missed rebound by the edge of that metal slider.4.
