Review: Disappointing - This is the second of these teapots I have ordered. The first I returned due to chips in the glaze. The second is just as bad and possibly worse. Runs and chips, the most obvious in the rim by the strainer. Looks like a second. I cannot be bothered to return it again due to the hassle but I will never order another. For the price (in fact for any price), it is appalling. Review: Great for loose leaf tea - I've had two of these teapots before, the smaller size. They're well made, look good in the kitchen and are perfect for anyone who likes loose leaf tea as opposed to tea bags. I chose the larger 4-cup size this time because I drink a lot of tea and use a large mug. I think you will get only 4 rather small cups of tea from the 4-cup pot. If you want more, either buy the next size up, or do what I do and add more water to the pot part way through pouring. An excellent product, I'd recommend it to anyone. ## Features - Teapot 13x12cm 4cup - Comes with Brown Filter - Stoneware - Dishwasher Safe - Made in UK ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B004V7LPIO | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,689,628 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 313 in Black Teapots | | Brand | London Teapot Company - Chatsford | | Colour | Cream | | Customer Reviews | 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars (18) | | Date First Available | 5 April 2011 | | Item Weight | 699 g | | Model Number | 15509 | | Product Dimensions | 21.59 x 12.7 x 12.7 cm; 698.53 g | ## Product Details - **Brand:** London Teapot Company - Chatsford - **Capacity:** 4 Cups - **Colour:** Cream - **Dishwasher safe?:** Yes - **Item weight:** 699 g - **Manufacturer:** London Teapot Company - **Material:** Ceramic - **UPC:** 606832000128 - **With lid:** Yes ## Images ![London Teapot Company-Chatsford 4-Cup Teapot with One Brown Filter, Cream - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/315oSI+caHL.jpg) ![London Teapot Company-Chatsford 4-Cup Teapot with One Brown Filter, Cream - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+FYtONZZL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Disappointing *by A***N on 9 January 2024* This is the second of these teapots I have ordered. I did not return it as it came just before Christmas and I needed to use it. It was probably a one off but never-the-less........ ## Frequently Bought Together - London Teapot Company-Chatsford 4-Cup Teapot with One Brown Filter, Cream - Cooksmart British Designed Tea Cosy | Teapot Warmer Suitable For Small, Medium or Large Teapots | Designed by British Designers in the UK - Cooksmart British Designed Tea Cosy | Teapot Warmer Suitable For Small, Medium or Large Teapots | Designed by British Designers in the UK --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/101011833-london-teapot-company-chatsford-4-cup-teapot-with-one-brown](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/101011833-london-teapot-company-chatsford-4-cup-teapot-with-one-brown) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
