First off, it is NOT Bluetooth. It is some proprietary protocol that only works correctly with their special dongle. You CAN'T use this with built-in Bluetooth in a laptop - it will not work correctly. I specifically bought it since I thought I didn't need a stupid dongle, but that was totally incorrect. Jabra support told me I have to use the dongle!Also, you have to do most all functions ON THE HEADSET ITSELF. You can't even adjust the volume on the computer! It doesn't work.
