Highly recommended. Breathing is very easy and it eliminates germs, allergens, and pollution. I bought the mask to reduce the effects of allergies and pollution and am very impressed. The first day I wore the mask out walking it made a huge difference. Instead of being stuffed up with allergies I was able to breathe normally. I've also worn the mask on an airline flight (normally I get sick flying) and this time I didn't get sick, even though people around me were coughing. I use it everyday because I clean cat boxes and the mask prevents the litter dust from entering my lungs.
