These insoles absolutely bring me what I want. They hold up well and give my flat feet proper support so that I am pain free now. They are much firmer and last much longer than other insoles. I think this brand will accompany me forever if their design and quality do not change worse Some advices to others who want to use these inserts:1.       These insoles are thicker than normal, make sure to use them in shoes which leave you some more space such as work boot hiking boot and sneaker2.       They can be cut to fit although this seller provides many sizes.
