The only problem is if you use it with marshmallows it needs time to dry. If you are just mixing it with your basic food coloring you will find it is always susceptible to damage. So contemplate it’s use. I find this gel great as it is flavorless and odorless. It shows up brilliantly bright when used like a paint on a food product. The primary problem I found is the vendor only offers a large portion vs smaller sizes for home use. The product will last when stored in a cool area but like all food products will get a stale taste after a couple of years so you throw it out and again have to purchase more than you can use in a reasonable amount of time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice to use as glaze on fruit *by S***οΏ½ on August 14, 2022* Love the glaze and shine the piping gel left on the strawberries and raspberries of a Tres Leches Cake I made. Just stir the amount needed and apply on fruit. So easy! I think the value for the amount is worth the price, especially since you can use it for much more than applying on fruit. There was no taste left from applying it to the fruit, just tasted the fruit. So very happy I found this piping gel. Never knew of it before I purchased it.
