As a vegan, it can be tough to find noodles that don't contain meat or egg. These are very good, a nice amount of heat and very filling! My only warning is to be careful where you sit and what you wear when consuming them. I assume it is the turmeric in them, they are very yellow and if you spill the sauce on anything there is a chance of staining.
