I have tested and used all of these functions. But this low budget player does not have any "smart" apps, or any way to play network files.You can probably play files from the USB port. It does have 2 x HDMI output and Component output, which is rare. Here is what it will NOT do, and the reason I only gave it 3 stars: (1) It will NOT play UHD Blu-Ray. Yes it will upscale to 4K a regular Blu-Ray or DVD, but it will not recognize a 4K UHD Blu-Rau. (2) It will NOT play HDCP HD content over Component. It will switch to SD automatically. (3) As far as I know, there are NO firmware upgrades or support for this product. Use it until it fails.
