I was losing weight on the formula the hospital gave me. It was only 258 calories per 8 oz. This formula has 550 calories per container and over twice the protein and a good source of Vitamins. I would, in a day, do 2 of these, 2 of the hospitals and 1 Ensure. I have put back on 6 pounds of the 19 I lost.
