I’ve had three different people try to get the tops to stay put once you secure them and they pop right off every time! This is one of the main reasons I bought these bowls so buyer beware if you want the tops. New update. I would not recommend these bowls. Advertised as stainless steel, “great for refrigerator or freezer”. Not only can I not use the tops but using them to store in the refrigerator on a daily basis causes them to tarnish and rust! Stainless steel does not rust so don’t go by what the seller has stated.
