The internal wifi on my laptop is really bad, so have been using a TP-Link adapter that goes up to 150Mbps, but this was only giving me a maximum speed of approx 40Mbps, even though I'm in the same room as the router! I decided to try this T2U adapter because it was so much smaller than my old adapter, so didn't get in my way when I was using the laptop. It was very simple to set up, and straight away I'm now getting speeds of at least 200Mbps (unless I have other devices using the internet at the same time of course).
