I'm from New York City was very scared to order wigs from Amazon, because of the price if it's not right I want my money back there and now lol but Thanks Jessicahair for this beautiful wig. Ordered it on November 14 came "today" November 16. Hair is very soft and full, has baby hairs all around and bleached knots. I have not installed this unit yet but right out the box I most say I'm very impressed. Also came in a pretty packaging with a wig cap and earrings. No smell but will wash.
