Made of 100% Unbleached cotton, the fabric is durable, washable and reusable. It is highly absorbent, which makes it ideal for making hung curd, soy milk, cottage cheese and more. Just squeeze and press chunks of tofu wrapped in this muslin cloth to discard excess moisture. You can also use it for straining liquids such as broth and stock. Muslin is available in multiple pre-cut sizes (sold separately). Imported.
