I received a left handed guitar. **Q: We are trying to figure out how to secure the strap at the top end of the guitar. My son had one and the nodule was at base of neck. not on this one.** A: If you google it you will see a few ways to tie the strap on the neck but i think it makes the strap to taught so if you have a music store in your town take the guitar to them and adk how much to put a button on the base of the neck it shoukd be no more than about $10 and it can be done in about five minutes makes the strap feel so much better. I feel safer with it attached that secure **Q: Does this come with nylon strings?** A: Yes! :) A Nylon stringed guitar will have 3 steel and 3 nylon strings. This one does. A steel string guitar will have all 6 strings steel; 3 ribbed and 3 smooth, but all steel. This is definitely a nylon string guitar. **Q: does it play well? will it fall apart after a little while?** A: Hello,Evon here,dose it play well?. answer is A new guitar is very easy to keep the guitar tuned and playing great,always keep checking how your guitar is in tune,when you first get it,after a little bit it will stay tuned just right for you.if not there are a few things you can try ,is make sure your guitartune pegs are scewd in tight so it will not untune or back off, this will kept strings in place. next when the new wares off the guitar it is a good idea to keep the guitar in a dry and warm place ,due to moisture or cold weather will effect the tune of youre guitar. all and all your guitar will play good sounds as long as you stay with it. happy playing ,and enjoy the great sounds you will make. You get a lot of great stuff with this set. The carry case is pretty cheap, but it is just an add on for a well worth the price, beginners guitar . The guitar itself is decent. I had to learn to restring right away because one broke at the first tune. This was likely my own fault.
