So we decided to try Aromatherapy. I was very concerned that he wouldn't like it but we both love it, surprisingly he more than I. We us the lavender essential oil to help us sleep. We put 5 to 6 drops in our defuser, which holds 400 ml of water, and set the timer for 3 hrs. The lavender scent is so refreshing, before you know it you are relaxed and read for sleep. I also suffer from migraines so I've been trying the peppermint essential oil when the first sign of a migraine appears. So far I don't have any complaints. I've been recommending this product to my family and friends because I really hate taking medications for my illnesses all of which have side effects, then you have to take something to help you deal with the side effect that your medication causes you. I wanted to try to eliminate some of those things if not all by using Aromatherapy essential oils.
