I've tried to solve the crease problem by folding the sunshade the opposite way. It helps a little, but since the crease is a result of the accordion folding design, there's not much you can do about it. Luke and Obi-Wan's face always look great. Chewbacca's face tends to get cut off, but my Toyota's windshield isn't big enough to show all their screen times at once :) I'm happy with this product so far.
