No strong complaints, other than the fact that the screen cover wasn't waterproof. Anyway, after taking the casing apart for the 4th time to clean coffee out of the buttons, I decided that the Otterbox case was simply too damned thick and cumbersome to deal with. I love the Carved wood cases. It's slim, streamline, and I love the feel of the wood on my hands when I'm holding my phone, and the ease of volume control or connection hatch have made the world of difference. As a point of note, the wood is very thin but not just a lamination.
