Es war so lecker und so faszinierend dabei zuzuschauen. Ist auf jeden Fall etwas für länger geplante Abende mit einem guten Wein!Die Anleitung und die Verpackung haben sich meiner Meinung nach kurz widersprochen, zwecks befeuchten des Brettes oder nicht, aber auch das hat dann geklappt.Es wird nicht für ewig halten, dass muss jedem klar sein, aber wenn man es pflegt, wird man lange Zeit daran Spaß haben :)Wir haben noch ein zweites Nachbestellt :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Funktionale Konstruktion, aber Handhabung nicht so einfach wie gedacht *by S***R on Reviewed in Germany on 10 February 2020* ...der Fisch wird gut dort gehalten, wo er "hin gehört", die Temperaturstabilität des Brettes ist hervorragend, die Ergebnisse waren mehr als überzeugend, obwohl wir keine Veränderungen des Grill-Winkels mehr vorzunehmen gewagt haben und auch nur sehr, sehr vorsichtig die Glut verschoben hatten - aufgrund des einzigen Kritikpunktes: Die Halterung an der Feuerschale zu befestigen ist kniffelig und wackelig zugleich. Im Endeffekt ist es nur das Eigengewicht von Brett und Fisch, die alles daran hindern, abzurutschen. "Fest dran" geht anders, die Vielzahl der möglichen Winkel wird eingeschränkt, denn "zu steil" darf es nicht stehen, da nur durch eine ordentliche Schräglage die entsprechende Verspannungsfestigkeit am unteren Ankerpunkt erzielt wird.
