**Q: Item description on Amazon says that this it's organic, but the product label does not mention organic. How can I be sure it's organic?**
A: Short of going to Thailand to visit the farm for yourself, I think you're just going to have to take their word on it. 
I know that's not the most helpful response. Maybe email the seller and ask what they use on the plants? Or research food laws in Thailand? 
Sorry. I can say these are very good quality flowers though.

Great product! We purchased this for making " magic lemonade" at a birthday party. Awsome tea! Such a beautiful color (blue) and if you add lemon (purple). Has no flavor so i suggest adding honey and lemon. More of a bland tea on its own but still lovely! Non caffeinated i believe
