I wear a 10.5 mens....and ordered a full size up (11.5 mens) as this shoe appeared to run small from a sizing perspective. The 1 full size up was perfect. Construction of the shoe is good and given the pricing....its a great value. Oh and I had to put in 2 return requests to company then email amazon before I got an authorization. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not great *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 1, 2020* Shoes fit well and are comfortable all day but the leather is scuffed and nicked fairly easily. The pair I received did NOT have the same smooth quality leather as pictured. Instead they were more like a fine grain rawhide/suede sort of finish not smooth at all. Also the slip resistant sole is very poor. I have slipped twice in them pushing a pallet jack on clean, buffed, concrete floors which are far from the slickest flooring surfaces one could encounter. I have NEVER had this happen in the other 2 pairs of work shoes I have made from different manufacturers that have much more wear on them than these. I have had these shoes for less than 6 months and they are not worn on a daily basis. The soles look unworn and close to new so they should not be slipping on standard warehouse floors. So if slip resistance is important for your job I would NOT purchase these.
