## Questions & Answers

**Q: What Does This Consist Of?**
A: Capers, vinegar, and about a pound of salt by the taste of it. I had to pour out some of the liquid and top up with vinegar to make them edible. Way, way, too much salt in these.

**Q: What Is The Shelf Life?**
A: Unopened at least two years!
Open, refrigerate with a tsp of cider vinegar on top will last at least 3 months....
If mold does happen use seive and rinse under tap water, still eatable !!!!!!!

**Q: what is a pack?**
A: The pack consists of two bottles of capers.

**Q: Are these spanish capers as good as italian capers? do they taste the same if comparing like cures? vinegar vs vinegar or salt vs salt?**
A: I find them quite delicious, use them on pizza, chicken picata, etc, at this price we can use more of them on different foods, such as salads. I cannot taste any difference from other brands or sources. I will be ordering them again!!
