The Seat shop is an excellent company to order from! I ordered a replacement arm rest for my husband and was sent the wrong one. Even though it was the wrong product it was still well made. I contacted the company and spoke with a super helpful gal in sales. She went above and beyond to confirm which exact arm rest was the correct one and had it made right away and shipped out! We are very happy and plan on getting all replacement seat covers through them!
