The backpack arrived folded and it took a LONG time for this to be unkinked. The backpack would topple over when put down (not a deal breaker more of a nuisance)2. The biggest issue is quality. After only a couple months of light use (ferrying my Nintendo switch around) a hole appeared near the zipper. This was just simply a bad stitching job.UPDATE:Vori contacted me and sincerely apologized. A new backpack was sent to me free of charge and they were so kind in their responses.
