My LG Stylo 4 is OTG enabled so the stick worked without the need to change any phone settings. Awesome customer service, sending 3 emails and receiving lightning fast, helpful replies. I returned a MEEM which cost almost $100, does automatic back-ups but, unlike this stick, cannot be viewed on a PC. While this stick does not work automatically I simply checked the folders/files I wanted copied and voila, done pretty quickly. All-in-all I copied about 30GBs from my cell phone to the stick. Issue: I copied 1,000+ photos in the DCIM/Camera folder. When I use the stick in a few months these photos might be mixed with new photos. The stick would re-copy the 1,000 old photos plus new photos. My 'fix' was to place the 1,000 copied photos in a new folder. Now DCIIM/Camera will only list the new photos which I can check-off for the stick. I also moved all internal photos/videos to my SD card freeing up some space on the internal memory. The stick effort was a great incentive to do some housekeeping, updating folders, consolidating photos/videos and finding some in various internal folders I had never opened!
