Oregon Lamination Letter size 9” x 11.5” x 5 mil thick 2 sides thermal laminating pouches laminate up through 8-3/4” x 11-1/4” sheets and are high clarity after adhesive is heat activated. The clear glossy finish protects and enhances colors. 5 mil is one of the more popular medium weight laminating pouches for rigidity, protection and compatibility with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. This product has heat activated adhesive compatible in all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 5 mil 9” x 11.5” laminating pouches. Note: Industry standard specification for 5 mil laminating pouches is 5 mil on each flap for a total of 10 mil added to your paper sheet. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (metric: 25 microns). Yes, the packaging is not the strongest. (Plastic bags the sheets are stored in are flimsy) I didn't purchase the product for the plastic bags though so really don't care. In the past we have paid double this price for 5mil sheets. Absolutely ecstatic about finding these. You won't be disappointed! We purchased these at the full prevailing price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for laminating cardstock

I'm a crafter and I have a ton of rubber stamps that are mounted on cling foam instead of wood mounts. I put them on laminated cardstock (80# or heavier) and then inside clear sheet protectors inside of ring binders. (If you do this, be sure to trim the paper down as once you put the stamps on there won't be room to get inside the sheet protectors if the paper and laminate aren't trimmed). These laminating sheets work great on the cardstock.
