The hair out of the package was very full and it was surprisingly soft ! Usually when I order hair at a 1b it comes more brown than black but this hair is the perfect 1B.The hair did have a fewer greys in it, they weren’t noticeable until after I washed the hair but its not that big of a deal to me I just pulled them out: the hair doesn’t have any type of bad smell to it. My initial impressions of the hair were it looks just like the picture but the ends are rough so I knew I had to wash it. Once I did, there were a few straight ends on a few wefts I just shipped them, they weren’t that bad. I did a cowash & deep conditioning on the hair with Aussie cowash and the 3 minute miracle deep conditioner. While I was co-washing the hair I did have some shedding, but I think it’s due to the wefts being cut and sewn together more than anything. I let it sit and air dry overnight. While I was deep conditioning the hair, I used a denman brush to detangle and the curls were very beautiful and the curls remained during the drying process. Instillation was not hard at all, I just flat twisted my hair to the back and did plait twists where I wanted my hair to be left out at and snapped them into place. The hair is not heavy at all on my head. It was easy to blend my hair in with this hair, I just did 3 strand twists on my natural hair. The hair does shrink once it is dry, so I do plan on trying a twist out on it. The hair was very full I used 2 bundles of the hair and I installed all of it, it’s not too big or too thin. I bought a 12” and it comes to my shoulder blade. Overall the hair is nice I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hair. I noticed that the hair is a bit stiff it’s not flowy or anything it kind of packs together when it’s dry which can cause tangling, but the hair still remains soft and easy to rake through and separate.
