Meter kept giving 0.00 reading. Tried it about 20 times through out days. Dont buy it. I bought to just give me idea where I am as for as ketosis goes. And it does just that. On the picture is my result after about 12 hrs fasting. Otherwise when you not in a fasted state it will show “0”. Gave 4 stars because it does show different number almost each time you blow in it. The range for me today was 0.65 to 0.3. So it shows I am in a fasted state, but it is not very accurate. Still, enough for my personal needs. The blood test with finger stick is probably much more accurate, but also expensive. This one for my needs is sufficient. I like the price, and the fact that I do not have to stick my finger every time I want to see my ketones🤭 ### ⭐ Don't waste your money. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2019* I tested with ketone blood strips AND this meter ... the breath meter is a joke. My blood testing put me at 1.5 and then 2.3 while the breath meter had me at .30 and .40. I definitely trust a blood reading over this, and I was skeptical that ketones could be tested this way but I had to try.
