Review: Strong and light - Nice seat, I'm actually using it for sitting, I have an RV which has 9 outside storage compartments, there all just to low and at 79 years old constantly bending over or kneeling to reach in lower compartments this light weight seat is perfect in every way ! At 200lbs I was surprised how stable and comfortable it feels...the legs have a pretty good adjustment of about 6 inches very well made STRONG Aluminum Tubing and Brass Button Latches, Stainless steel T nuts with nylon, No RUST Construction, definitely well worth it, will probably use it in the shower as design when we return from RVING ...... Highly recommend !

**Q: What is the weight load capacity?**
A: I have purchased two of these chairs, one in 2019 that had a 250 pound weight capacity, and I am purchasing another one right now in June 2023. I had to compare notes to make sure I had the correct one, and this current one in 2023 has the extra crossbar to increase the weight load to 350lbs.

**Q: What is the width of the feet side to side?**
A: I have the legs inserted so that the seat is as high as possible.  In that position, there are 15.5 inches of width from the outside of one leg tip to the outside of the other.

**Q: does this have the extra brace below the seat? two different pictures. Which one is this?**
A: Yes it has the brace, but the cross is welded and not bolted together.

**Q: Where is Dr Kay's seats made?**
A: Nothing indicated on the seat itself  & we no longer have the box

This was a really good quality item and could be very useful for those meeting assistance while trying to use a tub or shower. It was easy to put together it doesn't take up a lot of space.
