The seller noticed the second order (seemingly a duplicate) and contacted me immediately, asking if I had made two orders by mistake. I had not but the consideration of the seller stands above those that might bill an unsuspecting customer twice. Within hours of making my purchase, I had already a favourable opinion of my experience.Inside a week (well within the margin of the delivery-range), the pipe was in my possession. Without hesitation I broke open my trust tin of tobacco and loaded my five bowls (filters provided by the seller) and sealed the tube back up. The tobacco stayed inside the product and did not smell. After arriving to work, I made short work of the first bowl. The provided brass-tag* did a good job of protecting my index-finger from the heat of the metal.All in all, the product is well made, appropriately sized, and functions as intended.
