A: CALPICO is formulated with nonfat milk powder. People with milk allergies should avoid drinking CALPICO.

**Q: Does it contain live culture?**
A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. CALPICO Concentrate does not contain live culture.

**Q: How long does the product keep after being opened?**
A: It lasts awhile. My husband dri KS it fairly quickly. He puts it in fridge after opening.  I can't really tell how long it lasts.
